Clear Guidance for Patients

Get straightforward information designed to support your needs and remove confusion around common medical concerns.

We mainly treat kidney stones and urological conditions. This includes stone diagnosis, laser lithotripsy, USG-guided procedures, recurring urinary infections, and general urology consultations. We also have a general physician for broader health concerns.

Walk-ins are welcome during OPD hours. That said, booking in advance is better, especially if you're travelling from outside Rohru. It ensures the doctor is available and you don't have to wait long.

Laser lithotripsy is a non-surgical procedure that breaks kidney stones into small fragments using focused laser energy. Most patients find it far more comfortable than they expected. There's no large incision, and recovery typically takes a day or two.

That depends on the stone's size and position. Stones under 5mm often pass naturally with fluids and medication. Larger stones usually need intervention. A simple ultrasound tells us what we're dealing with, don't guess, come in and check.

Lithotripsy is a laser treatment that breaks kidney stones into small pieces for easy removal.

No. The procedure is performed under anesthesia with minimal discomfort.

Our OPD services are available from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Monday through Saturday, and from 10:30 AM to 2:00 PM on Sundays. For urgent medical concerns, emergency assistance is available on call outside regular consultation hours.

Most patients recover and return to normal activities within a few days.

Severe pain, blood in urine, nausea, and painful urination are common symptoms.

They are diagnosed using ultrasound, CT scans, X-rays, and urine tests.

Yes, but proper hydration and diet can help prevent recurrence.
